Andrea Crossman, Associate Broker, Waterfront Specialist, grew up in West Michigan and has lived along the Lake Michigan coast for 25 years. Other places she's called home include Grand Rapids, MI, Albuquerque, NM, Green Bay, WI, Gainesville, FL, and for a short period she was an exchange student in Brazil through the Rotary International program. She is a resident of Holland, MI, along with her husband, Robert, and 3 dogs and has been selling waterfront real estate for 15 years. She and her team of waterfront specialists have been helping people buy and sell their dream homes along the Lake Michigan shoreline from New Buffalo at the southwest border of Michigan north all the way to Manistee (with all cities in between). Other cities include St Joseph, South Haven, Fennville, Saugatuck, Holland (her home), Grand Haven, Muskegon, Montague, Silver Lake, Pentwater, Ludington, and Manistee.
She is an avid reader, with 2 business degrees and has a few real estate designations. Andrea and team were in the top 1/2 of one percent for all Coldwell Banker REALTORS across the world in 2006 sales. Andrea and her associates love their work and it shows. And she loves the beach, the water and the lifestyle along the lakeshore. Andrea is an Associate Broker, a Waterfront Specialist, a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute, and has had several Certified Residential Specialist courses and the Accredited Buyer Agency designation.

Kersh Ruhl, Realtor for the Andrea Crossman Group, is a native of Santa Barbara, California where he crafted the majority of his customer service experience and love of waterfront properties. In 2004, Kersh brought that love and knowledge of coastal real estate back to his wife's hometown of Holland, Michigan and The Andrea Crossman Group.
